HOLE IN ONE MOMENTO

As a new initiative, we’re supplying a certificate memento to Members and Visitors that achieve a Hole in One at Cleckheaton.

We don’t want those that have previously achieved the accolade to miss out, so we will also present you with a certificate memento. The certificate will be an A4 print that you can then frame and display in your office or a pride of place in your home!! Your choice.



To register your ‘Hole in One’, please visit the below page link, scroll down to the ‘Contact Form’, enter the required details and then include the below information in the message box-:

• YOUR NAME – The name you want printed on the certificate.
• THE DATE OF YOUR HOLE IN ONE - If you can’t remember the date, perhaps just the month and year or a rough guess will be fine by us. It’s your certificate.
• THE HOLE YOU MADE IT ON.
• THE COLOUR TEE YOU HIT FROM - This is optional, so don’t worry if you can’t remember!

If you were a visitor, or you know of a past member that shot a Hole in One, then please pass this message to them. For current Members, the certificate is free, but Non-Members will be asked to pay a £5 fee to cover print costs.

The deadline to order yours is Sunday 28th July, so please complete the form as soon as possible.
