Cleckheaton Golf Club's own Phil Wilkinson secured a remarkable victory at the 2025 Bradford Amateur Strokeplay Championship, held on Sunday 1st June at The Manor Golf Club. Navigating windy and challenging conditions, Phil delivered a composed round of 74 to clinch the prestigious title.

Phil’s front nine was particularly steady, carding a one under that included three birdies and four pars. His back nine featured consistent play, culminating in a total score of 74, edging out competitors by a single stroke.
