8-15 REGAIN SPEN CHALLENGE TROPHY

Our 8-15 Team welcomed local rivals East Bierley to Cleckheaton for the annual Spen Challenge Trophy. Unfortunately Cleckheaton had to wait an extra year for the chance to win back the coveted trophy, as last year's match fell foul to the weather.

With the course back open today the games went ahead and were played in the usual sporting spirit with our close neighbours and we're pleased to announce that the team won a close match 4.5 - 3.5!
